Getting it in
Moving your existing records across, setting up the appointment types you actually use, training whoever sits at the front desk. A fixed price, agreed before we start.
Appsilber LLC
Software for watching football, for forecasting, for running a psychology practice, for coaching a Sunday side, for looking after a boat. Two shops for things worn rather than used. None of it related — all of it ours, and held to the same standard because our name is on it.
The work
For practices
Most practice software fails at the same place: the week it goes in. So we do that week with you, and the months after it if you want.
Moving your existing records across, setting up the appointment types you actually use, training whoever sits at the front desk. A fixed price, agreed before we start.
Someone to call. Billing questions, a template that needs changing, a new clinician to add. Monthly, cancel whenever — no annual lock-in on a service you might stop needing.
For smaller practices: we run the diary and the invoicing ourselves. Cheaper than a part-time administrator and it does not go on holiday.
How to use the tools you already have properly. We take on very little of this and say so plainly, because it is the part that does not scale.
How we work
The objects have nothing in common. The mark is the promise about how they were made. That is the only thing our football app and our jewellery shop share, and it is enough.
We make the thing we wanted and could not buy, then we look after it. Nothing here has been built to be sold, which is why none of it has been abandoned.
Every product on this page is one we still use ourselves. When that stops being true we will say so here rather than quietly leaving it up.
Contact
A practice looking at software, a question about one of the apps, or something else. It comes to a person, and you will get a real answer.
The form is the only way to reach us — it goes to the same place an email would, without the address sitting on a public page for scrapers to find.
